London has been FREEZING the last week and it’s been tricky to find outfits to wear when I want to feel slightly more put together, but still keep warm. I’ve ended up wearing variations of this outfit quite a lot, so I thought I would share it with you guys incase you need any outfit inspiration and are stuck in a rut when it’s cold just throwing on skinny jeans and a big jumper (not that I don’t love that look!)

A long sleeved dress worn with tights and boots is a great winter staple, I have some smarter ones (like the one in these photos) and some just plain black jersey or wool ones. I love wearing medium heeled ankle boots as the extra height makes the outfit feel more chic and gives me more confidence. I got this Fedora hat from ASOS and asides from keeping my head warm, it makes a lot of my outfits suddenly look more stylish! Now the main item that keeps me warm is my faux fur coat and I think everyone should have one of these in their wardrobes. It’s such a fun, statement piece of clothing to wear and this one is SO. SOFT. (I also have it in a dusky pink colour!)

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Love, Tanya
